Interact with customers via phone focusing on software navigation questions as well as assisting customer with locating prior years’ returns and amendments.

FINANCIAL AND TAX PREP SOFTWARE (Bilingual Agents Needed as well- French)
Pays $14/hr
-
Interact with Financial and Tax Prep customers via phone, focusing on process related questions, data entry and navigation.

Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for the Client's customers.

Be a positive representative for Financial and Tax Prep Client product; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Articulate how to use the Client product accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact. This includes having a thorough understanding of Parent Company’s suite of products and educating customers on those that best meet their needs.

Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquiries.

Act as a technical resource when assisting customers to resolve problems with devices and equipment.

Assist customers with integrations between Client Time and the Client Software

ENERGY CLIENT
Pays $11.50/hr

Review, analyze and respond to customer billing inquiries

Upsell eligible customers home warranty solutions
-
Resolve customer issues or questions
-
Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
-
Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with the plan or current rate
-
Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan

Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
-
Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
-
Demonstrate knowledge of Client Energy processes and policies
-
Build trust and rapport with the Energy Client customer through clear, respectful interaction
-
Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high, while resolving issues

Understand 'client call flow' and Client State Utility regulation
-
Ensure no Public Utilities Commission Complaints are filed
-
Ensure that no Energy Client customer has a Lights Turned Out In Error (LOIE) situation

CRUISE LINE CLIENT
Pays $10/hr (Average pay with sales is about $13/hr)

Answer and service all calls through the company's Reservations system and sell Cruise Line products.

Take inbound calls from direct customers interested in a cruise vacation

Use professional sales techniques on every call to make a reservation and enhance guest’s experience.

Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators as set forth in the contract.

Use professionalism and excellent customer service on calls
